Electric cable is adopted in transmission and distribution system of electricity. The XLPE cable with alternating-current rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and the cross-link XLPE cable of 110kV and below produced by us not only perform well up to the standards of GB12706, IEC60502 and IEC60840,but also have formed a series, ie. Cables of flame-retardant model, refractory model, frost-proof model and water-proof model.
The technique of oxide-blanket insulation has been successfully applied to the flame-retardant series. Not only have XLPE cable of 0.6/1kV and cross-link XLPE flame-retardant cable reached class A of GB/T18380.3 Test on bunched wires or cable, cross-link flame-retardant XLPE cable with rated voltage of 6/10kV and 8.7/15kV has also reached Class A highly flame -retardant qualification with a margin.On the basis of the cross-link flame-retardant XLPE series, we have developed the low-smoke non-halogen highly flame-retardant oxygen-tight electric cable, the low-smoke non-halogen degree of which conforms to the national standard of GB/T17651.1.2 and GB/T 17650.1.2. In general, the cross-link flame-retardant XLPE electric cable produced by us has been in the leading position domestically.
The refractory-model cable produced by our factory is the copper-cored cable with the rated voltage of 0.6/1kV, low-smoke non-halogen refractory cable and highly flame-retardant cable, the flame-retardant performance of which is in conformity to GB/T19216-2003 Integrity Test For Electric Cable Or Optic Cable Under The Flame Condition, so, generally the electric cable of refractory series performs well. The water-proof cable conforms to the standards of IEC60502-2:1977.
Our company developed aluminum-magnesium-silicon high strength, low resistance and non-magnetism armored power cable that with single core and of 35kV and 35kV below in 2004. The advantages of this cable are:
①High strength: Aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy wire possesses high strength, its min value of tensile strength is 170% of the value of general hard and round aluminum wire(H8), is a fine armored material;
②Low loss:as a non-magnetism material, no eddy current loss will happened on aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy wire; when under 20℃, itsunit resistance corresponding to 52.3~53.0%IACS (international annealed copper wire standard), so that, the heat loss caused by induced current is
very low;
③Light weight: the density of aluminum-magnesium-silicon is only 2.7g/cm3 it largely reduced the total weight of armored cable. This shows that armored cable that with single core of aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy wire is also suitable for AC system, and will not reduce the current
carrying capacity of conductor.
This product can adequately replace the imported products.
